AEGLE Gold Laurel Leaf Bridal Crown - Greek Goddess Headpiece
AEGLE is a handmade laurel bridal crown inspired by the wreaths of ancient Greece. Sculptural brass laurel leaves create a clearly defined botanical silhouette around the head, accented with small brass flowers and Preciosa crystals set in gold-tone settings.
Designed as an alternative to a traditional crystal tiara, AEGLE combines the classical form of a laurel wreath with the natural character of raw brass. It can be worn with an updo, low bun, half-up hairstyle or loose hair.
Two Finishes
• Gold – raw brass leaves and flowers, finished with Preciosa crystals in small gold-tone settings. This version retains the warm, entirely metallic character of the brass.
• Off White – raw brass leaves with brass flowers that I individually hand-enamel in off-white in my studio. The pale flowers create a softer contrast against the gold-toned foliage, with Preciosa crystals at their centres.
Materials & Craft
AEGLE is constructed on a structured metal headband and assembled by hand in my studio in Lithuania.
The laurel leaves and flowers are made from raw brass sourced from the US. In the Off White version, each small brass flower is hand-enameled before the headpiece is assembled.
The crown itself is designed to retain its laurel shape rather than being reshaped around the head. Individual brass leaves can be adjusted slightly to refine their position.

Styling
AEGLE frames the head with a distinct laurel silhouette and remains visible even in fuller hairstyles. Its botanical form works with Grecian-inspired bridal looks, but is equally suited to simple contemporary gowns where the headpiece becomes the main ornament.
