The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Can I return my item?
Yes — most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Exceptions include:
– Custom orders
– Veils in custom colors
– Silk flowers
– Embroidered items
– Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

If your order qualified for free shipping, a flat €8 will be deducted from the refund to cover original delivery costs.

What are the production and delivery times?
Production times vary by item:
– Tulle swatches: 1 business day
– Veils, capes: 3–5 business days
– Hair accessories, sashes, silk flowers: 4–5 business days

Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method:
– Standard shipping: 1–5 weeks
– Express shipping: 1–7 business days

What materials do you use?
We use carefully sourced materials, including:
– English tulle (poly/nylon)
– Silk fabric
– 925 silver

– Hand-dyed ribbons

How do I care for my item?
Avoid moisture, direct heat, and crushing.
Store flat or gently hung in a dry, shaded place.
Detailed care instructions are sent digitally with your order.

Do you offer sustainable packaging?
Yes — all packaging is recyclable or partially recycled.
We avoid plastic and unnecessary inserts.
Your piece is packed safely and consciously.

I gave the wrong address. What can I do?
Contact us immediately.
If the parcel hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it.
If it returns to us, we’ll re-ship it — buyer covers the new shipping cost.

My item arrived damaged. What now?
Please inspect your order on arrival.
If damaged, email us within 3 days with photos.
We’ll repair, replace, or refund, depending on the issue.

Are there customs fees?
Orders ship from Lithuania (EU).
U.S. orders under $800 usually enter duty-free.
Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs charges.

My dress label says “ivory.” What veil color should I choose?
“Ivory” can vary between designers — from warm cream to near-white.

What’s the difference between English tulle and Italian tulle?
English tulle: soft, matte, and fluid — ideal for a romantic, flowing drape.

All items are handmade with care. While we do not offer standard warranties, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and we’ll make it right.
