ILZE is a coordinated floral bridal set consisting of a soft English tulle veil with hand-shaped silk petals and two separate silk rose hair pins. The veil and flowers can be customized in color, allowing the entire set to coordinate with your dress or create a contrasting color accent.

The silk petals are scattered across the veil, with a denser concentration near the top and a lighter fall toward the hem. Two separate handmade silk roses — one smaller and one larger — complete the set and can be positioned independently in the hairstyle.

Because the roses are not attached to the veil, they can remain in your hair after the veil is removed, creating a natural transition from ceremony to reception.

• One single-layer English tulle veil, 180 cm / 71" wide
• Hand-shaped silk petals applied individually to the veil
• One approx. 6 cm / 2.36" silk rose hair pin
• One approx. 7 cm / 2.75" silk rose hair pin

Materials & Craft
The veil is made from genuine English tulle with its characteristic open hexagonal weave, soft drape and good crease resistance.

Each silk petal and rose is shaped by hand in my studio in Lithuania using heated millinery tools. The silk is stiffened sufficiently to hold the sculptural form of the petals and flowers.

Color Customization
ILZE can be extensively customized.

The tulle, silk petals and both silk roses can all be made in custom colors. They may coordinate closely with one another or be created in different shades depending on your dress and styling.

The flowers are hand-dyed tonally rather than made in one flat color. I usually work with several closely related shades to give the petals more depth and a natural appearance. For example, the photographed beige veil is paired with ivory roses shaded with cream and beige tones.

Standard tulle options are:
• Soft White
• Ivory
• Beige
• Black

Choose Custom if you need another shade. Please note that exact color matching cannot be guaranteed from digital photographs or screens. Custom colors are created using my tonal hand-dyeing technique, based on the references you provide. 

The veil comb is available in Gold or Silver. The rose hair pins can be made with Bronze or Black pin bases.

Can I wear the silk roses separately from the veil?
Yes. The two silk roses are mounted on individual hair pins rather than attached to the veil. You can arrange them around the veil comb for the ceremony and leave them in your hairstyle after removing the veil for the reception.

Can I customize the colors of the veil, petals and roses separately?
Yes. The English tulle, silk petals and both roses can be made in coordinating or contrasting colors. I hand-dye the silk flowers using several related shades to create natural tonal variation. You can send photographs, fabric swatches or other color references after ordering. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed, and custom flowers are made without separate sample or final-product approval stages.

How should I remove wrinkles from the veil without damaging the silk flowers?
The English tulle can be gently steamed to remove creases, but avoid directing steam or moisture onto the silk petals and roses. The hand-shaped silk elements are sensitive to water and heat. Never iron the silk flowers or place a hot iron directly on the tulle.
