Production time
All items are handmade to order in our studio in Lithuania.
Production times depend on the item type:

• Tulle swatches: 1 business day
•  Veils and capes: 3–5 business days
•  Hair accessories, sashes, silk flowers: 4–5 business days

We do not hold inventory — each piece is made after the order is placed.

Tracked international shipping is available worldwide.

•  USA: 2–3 weeks
•  Canada, Australia, Singapore: 4–5 weeks
• Europe: 1–2 weeks
• Other locations: 2–5 weeks, depending on destination

Express shipping
Available at checkout. Includes tracking. A phone number is required.

• Europe: 1–3 business days
• USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore: 3–6 business days
• Other locations: 2–7 business days

Shipping origin & customs
Orders are shipped from Lithuania (EU).
U.S. customers usually do not pay duties under the $800 de minimis rule.
Customs fees and delays outside the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.

We offer free standard shipping to the U.S. on orders over €120.
This applies automatically at checkout.
For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and method.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it once additional shipping fees are paid.
